As a Puncher for our construction projects in Pula, Croatia, you will play a vital role in ensuring the quality and accuracy of our construction work. Your main responsibility will be to inspect the work and identify any defects or discrepancies that need to be corrected before the project is completed. You will use various tools and techniques to punch holes, mark areas for repair, and document all findings. You will also communicate with project managers and other team members to coordinate necessary repairs. This position requires physical strength and dexterity, as well as attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

To be successful in this role, you must have previous experience as a puncher or in a similar construction role. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred. The ability to read blueprints and understand construction plans is also required. Proficiency in using various hand and power tools is necessary, along with good communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
