We are hiring an Architectural Technologist to join our team in St. Petersburg. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating and implementing technical drawings and plans for construction projects. You will work closely with architects, engineers, and other professionals to ensure that designs are accurate and feasible.

Your main duties will include creating detailed drawings using CAD software, conducting site visits to gather information and measurements, and collaborating with project teams to ensure designs meet client requirements. You should have a strong understanding of building codes and regulations, as well as the ability to read and interpret architectural drawings.

The ideal candidate will have a degree in Architecture or a related field, as well as at least 2 years of experience working in a similar role. Proficiency in CAD software is essential, and knowledge of BIM software is preferred. This is a contract position with a salary of $1300 per month.
