Entry-Level Baker

As an Entry-Level Baker at our bakery in Svalbard, you will be responsible for assisting in the production of a variety of baked goods. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent culinary school graduate or someone with a passion for baking. No prior experience is required, as we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and production of various baked goods such as bread, pastries, and cakes
- Follow recipes and measurements accurately to ensure consistency and quality
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Help with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed
- Learn and adhere to all health and safety regulations while handling food products

Requirements:
- Passion for baking and enthusiasm to learn new skills
- Culinary school degree or equivalent experience preferred but not required
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Physically able to stand, lift, bend, and move throughout the shift
- Must have a valid work visa for Svalbard (we will provide assistance if needed)
