Sales Manager - Alta, Norway
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team in Alta, Norway. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and increasing revenue by developing and implementing effective sales strategies. This is a contract job with a salary of 1400$ per month.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet company goals and objectives
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Monitor market trends and competitors' activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Train and motivate sales team members to achieve targets
- Prepare sales reports and forecast future sales targets
- Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote our products/services
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the same industry (experience in B2B sales is preferred)
- Ability to drive results through effective leadership, motivation, and coaching of a sales team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions based on market trends
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field (MBA is a plus)
- Fluent in English (Norwegian language skills are an advantage)
