As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing the sales team to achieve company sales targets and objectives. You will be based in Alta, a vibrant city known for its scenic beauty and outdoor activities. This full-time position offers a salary of 1500$ per month and includes a free visa and ticket for all nationalities.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base
- Manage and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed their individual targets
- Monitor market trends, competition, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products/services
- Prepare sales reports and present them to senior management

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a successful Sales Manager or similar role
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and coach team members
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills
- In-depth knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field
