Wedding Planner

Al-Rayyan, Qatar is seeking a creative and organized Wedding Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for weddings, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work well under pressure. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating all aspects of a wedding event, from the initial consultation with clients to the final execution on the day of the event. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their vision and budget for their wedding
- Source and negotiate with vendors for services such as venue, catering, flowers, music, etc.
- Create detailed timelines and schedules for all aspects of the wedding
- Coordinate and oversee all elements of the wedding day, including set-up, ceremony, reception and tear-down
- Manage and track budget throughout the planning process
- Provide guidance to clients on etiquette and wedding traditions
- Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during the planning process or on the day of the event

Requirements:
- Previous experience in event planning or coordination
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Knowledge of wedding industry trends, traditions and etiquette
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends as needed

Preferred:
- Certification in Event Planning or related field
- Knowledge of local vendors in Al-Rayyan area
