Merchandiser (Malayalee candidates preferred)


We are currently hiring for a Merchandiser to join our team in Bayan, Kuwait. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for creating and implementing strategies to increase product visibility and sales. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about retail and have a keen eye for product placement.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement merchandising plans to drive sales and increase brand awareness
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create visually appealing displays that highlight key products
- Monitor inventory levels and make recommendations for restocking based on sales trends
- Conduct market research to identify customer preferences and adjust merchandising strategies accordingly
- Work closely with suppliers to negotiate pricing, promotions, and product availability
- Train store staff on product knowledge and effective merchandising techniques

Requirements:
- Malayalee nationality preferred
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proven experience as a Merchandiser or similar role in a retail setting
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior and market trends
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team

Salary: 1800$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
