Data-mining Specialist

We are hiring a Data-mining Specialist to join our team in Moscow. As a Data-mining Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing large datasets, identifying patterns and trends, and extracting valuable insights to inform business decisions. You should have experience with data mining tools and techniques, as well as strong analytical skills. This position requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities:
- Collect, clean, and organize large datasets from various sources
- Use data mining tools and techniques to extract valuable insights
- Analyze data to identify patterns and trends
- Create reports and visualizations to communicate findings
- Collaborate with team members to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions
- Continuously monitor data quality and make recommendations for improvement
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in data mining

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data mining or a similar role
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, R or other programming languages for data analysis
- Familiarity with data mining tools such as RapidMiner, SAS Enterprise Miner, or IBM SPSS Modeler
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently
- Good communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Data Science or a related field
- Experience working with large datasets using Hadoop or other big data technologies
- Knowledge of machine learning algorithms
- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
