Industrial Architect


We are seeking a talented and creative Industrial Architect to join our team in Shan, Egypt. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and structures. This includes conducting site visits, creating blueprints and drawings, selecting materials, and collaborating with other professionals to ensure the successful completion of projects.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct site visits and gather information on project requirements
- Create detailed blueprints and drawings using specialized software
- Select appropriate materials for construction based on cost, durability, and sustainability
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project feasibility and adherence to building codes
- Monitor construction progress and make necessary adjustments to designs as needed
- Ensure projects are completed within budget and on schedule
- Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in technology to incorporate into designs

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Proven experience as an Industrial Architect or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of architecture principles, building codes, and construction methods
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with team members
- Attention to detail with strong problem-solving abilities

Salary: $1100 per month

Location: Shan, Egypt (Open to non-Egyptian candidates with valid work visa)
