Job Title: Entry-Level Gardener


As an entry-level gardener, you will be responsible for maintaining the gardens and green spaces of our clients in Funchal. This is a hands-on role, requiring physical labor and a passion for gardening. You will work under the guidance of an experienced team and have the opportunity to learn valuable skills in plant care, landscaping, and maintenance.

Responsibilities:
- Perform basic gardening tasks such as planting, weeding, pruning, and mowing
- Assist with the design and installation of new gardens
- Maintain garden equipment and tools
- Follow safety guidelines while working outdoors
- Communicate effectively with team members and clients

Requirements:
- No prior experience necessary; we are willing to train the right candidate
- Physical fitness and ability to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Passion for gardening and willingness to learn new skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of plants, their care, and maintenance preferred

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1400 per month. Additional benefits may be offered based on performance.
