Computer Support Specialist


We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Computer Support Specialist to join our team in La-Condamine. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting and resolving computer-related issues, and ensuring the smooth operation of our computer systems.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email or in person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and network issues
- Install and configure computer systems and software
- Set up user accounts and permissions
- Maintain inventory of hardware and software components
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on computers, printers, and other peripherals
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Collaborate with other IT team members to implement new technology solutions

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems
- Experience with network troubleshooting
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with little supervision
- Good communication skills
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience with virtualization technologies (VMware or Hyper-V)
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (AWS or Azure)

Salary: $1300 per month
