Sales Manager - Indian National


We are currently seeking an experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in sales and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets. The ideal candidate will be an Indian national with previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the city of Sharjah.

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and market share. You will also be responsible for managing a team of sales representatives, setting performance targets, and providing training and support to ensure their success.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with clients. Previous experience in the same industry is preferred but not required.

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$ per month, along with accommodation provided by the company. If you are results-driven, organized, and have a passion for sales, we would love to hear from you!

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Indian nationality preferred
- Residing in Sharjah or willing to relocate
- Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Manage a team of sales representatives, set performance targets, and provide training and support
- Build strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the competition
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance for management review
- Attend meetings, conferences, and trade shows to promote company products/services
