Part-Time Teamlead in Funchal

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Part-Time Teamlead to join our team in Funchal. As the Teamlead, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of employees, ensuring that they are meeting their targets and providing excellent customer service. This is a part-time position with a salary of 1400$, without accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of employees, ensuring they are meeting their goals and providing quality customer service
- Develop training programs for new team members and provide ongoing training for existing employees
- Create schedules and assign tasks to team members based on their strengths and skills
- Monitor team performance and provide feedback, coaching, and support as needed
- Handle any customer complaints or issues that may arise, ensuring they are resolved in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and efficient workflow
- Keep track of team productivity, sales, and other relevant metrics to report to management
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a leadership or supervisory role is required
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
- Fluency in English (Portuguese is an asset)
- Must be able to work part-time hours without accommodation
