Job Title: Handyman

We are hiring a skilled, reliable Handyman to join our team in Almada. As a Handyman, you will be responsible for completing various maintenance and repair tasks around our premises. This is a physically demanding role that requires a high level of technical expertise and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting, plumbing, and electrical work
- Respond promptly to repair requests from staff or tenants
- Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with equipment or facilities
- Install new fixtures or equipment as needed
- Keep accurate records of work completed and materials used
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance procedures including basic carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and perform tasks that require bending, stooping, or kneeling for extended periods of time
- Good communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus)
