Sales Manager
We are searching for a dynamic and motivated Sales Manager to join our team in Bungoma. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives, driving sales growth, and developing new business opportunities. You will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide them with the best solutions that meet their requirements.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to meet individual and team goals
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adjust sales strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing and product development to ensure alignment of sales efforts with company objectives
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for the sales team and provide coaching and training as needed
- Manage the overall budget for the sales department
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role, preferably in the sales industry
- Proven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to motivate and inspire a team towards achieving goals
- Experience in developing strategic plans, analyzing data, and making data-driven decisions
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
