Key Responsibilities:
- Work closely with project managers and other team members to design and develop high-quality software solutions
- Write efficient, clean, and well-structured code using best practices
- Troubleshoot and debug complex technical issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project deadlines are met
- Continuously improve processes and procedures to enhance efficiency

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a JAVA Developer
- Strong knowledge of JAVA programming language and related frameworks (Spring, Hibernate)
- Experience with testing frameworks (JUnit, Mockito)
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
