Teamlead for African Women's Empowerment Program in Jerusalem


We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teamlead to join our African Women's Empowerment Program in Jerusalem. As the Teamlead, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of the program, including managing a team of volunteers, developing and implementing workshops and trainings, and building relationships with community partners.

Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Jerusalem, Israel

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (knowledge of African languages is a plus)
- Previous experience working with women's empowerment programs is preferred but not required
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with a diverse team
- Passion for promoting gender equality and empowering women
- Willingness to live in provided accommodation within the community

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of volunteers to implement workshops on various topics related to women's empowerment, such as financial literacy, self-care, and leadership skills
- Develop relationships with local organizations and businesses to provide resources and support for program participants
- Track program progress and report regularly to program coordinators
- Organize events and activities that promote community building among program participants
- Provide support and guidance to individual participants as needed
