We are in search of a dynamic and driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Herzliya. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase hotel revenue and occupancy. Your main goal will be to attract new clients and maintain relationships with existing ones, while also promoting the hotel's facilities and services to potential guests. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve hotel revenue goals
- Identify new business opportunities through research and networking
- Maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agents, and tour operators
- Respond to inquiries and negotiate contracts with potential clients
- Conduct site visits and prepare proposals for events or group bookings
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operation of events or bookings
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify areas of improvement
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and meetings to promote the hotel's services

Requirements:
- Indian nationality with valid passport (preferably without visa restrictions)
- Fluent in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Proven track record in sales within the hospitality industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings when required
