Hotel Sales Manager
We are currently searching for a dynamic and driven Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Herzliya. Our ideal candidate will have experience in the hospitality industry, with strong sales skills and a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to attract new business and retain existing clients. You will also be responsible for building relationships with key accounts, negotiating contracts, and overseeing the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
- Identify new business opportunities and target potential clients
- Build strong relationships with key accounts and maintain regular communication
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients
- Track sales performance and report on progress towards targets
- Train and manage the sales team, providing guidance and support as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless guest experience
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in hotel sales, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Knowledge of market trends, competitors, and industry developments
- Fluent in English (additional languages are an advantage)
- Must be willing to work flexible hours as needed
We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month plus commission on sales. This is a full-time position without accommodation provided.
