Job Title: Architectural Project Manager


We are seeking a motivated and experienced Architecture Manager to join our team in Atlanta. As an Architectural Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of architectural projects from conception to completion. This includes managing project budgets, deadlines, and resources while ensuring high levels of quality and client satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage architectural projects, including design development, construction documents, and construction administration.
- Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and goals for the project.
- Develop project proposals, budgets, and timelines.
- Oversee project teams, including architects, designers, engineers, and contractors.
- Monitor progress of projects and ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
- Review and approve design plans, specifications, and changes.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure quality control and adherence to design plans.
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status.
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the course of the project.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural project management.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Salary: $1400 per month

Location: Atlanta (Preference for Indian candidates)
