Moderator - Mauren, Liechtenstein
As a Moderator, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing online communities to ensure a positive and engaging experience for all users. You will work closely with the community management team to enforce community guidelines and handle any issues that may arise. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor online community platforms and social media channels for any inappropriate content or behavior
- Enforce community guidelines and respond to user inquiries or reports in a timely manner
- Foster positive interactions between users by encouraging respectful communication
- Collaborate with the community management team to develop strategies for engaging and growing the community
- Analyze user data and provide insights to improve community engagement and retention
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices for online community management
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 1 year experience in online community management or social media moderation
- Knowledge of social media platforms and their respective communities
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for spotting inappropriate content or behavior
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
Salary: 1300$ per month.
Location: Mauren, Liechtenstein. This position is open to all nationalities, but preference will be given to candidates who hold a biometric passport.
Note: This is not an entry-level position. Prior experience in online community management or social media moderation is required. Fluency in English is preferred but not required.
