Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee the planning, implementation, and completion of construction projects in Nizwa. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing and coordinating all aspects of construction projects, from budgeting and scheduling to resource management and quality control. The role will require strong leadership skills to manage a team of contractors and subcontractors, as well as excellent communication skills to liaise with clients, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders. The Construction Project Manager will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards. They must also have a good understanding of building codes and regulations in Nizwa. This role is suitable for men who have a biometric passport and are fluent in English. Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in construction management and a bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field. The salary for this position is 1200$ per month. Filipinos are encouraged to apply.
