Construction Manager

A leading construction company in Nizwa is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to join our team. As the Construction Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to managing on-site operations. This is a contract position with a salary of 1400$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Develop project plans and ensure they are executed efficiently and within budget
- Manage all on-site activities and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely completion of projects
- Monitor progress and provide regular updates to management
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets standards
- Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during construction
- Manage project budget and make adjustments as needed
- Communicate effectively with team members, clients, and other stakeholders

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Construction Manager or similar role
- Strong understanding of construction processes, techniques, and materials
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field preferred

This is a full-time contract position without accommodation provided. Visa sponsorship may be available for the right candidate. English speaking proficiency is required.
