Construction Project Coordinator - Nizwa, Oman
As a Construction Project Coordinator in Nizwa, Oman, you will play a vital role in ensuring the successful completion of our construction projects. You will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of the project, including budgeting, scheduling, and overseeing the work of contractors and subcontractors. Your strong communication skills and attention to detail will be essential in maintaining effective communication with various stakeholders and ensuring that project milestones are met on time and within budget.
To excel in this role, you should have a minimum of 3 years of experience as a Construction Manager or similar role. A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field is preferred but not required. You should also possess strong organizational and problem-solving skills to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously.
As our ideal candidate, you should be knowledgeable about construction processes, materials, and safety regulations. You should also have experience in managing budgets and negotiating contracts with suppliers and subcontractors. This is a contract position that offers a competitive salary of 1500$ per month. We welcome applicants from all nationalities; however, preference will be given to Malayalees or Kenyans due to their familiarity with local construction practices.
