We are seeking a talented and passionate Executive Chef to join our team at our luxury hotel in Isa Town. As the Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the kitchen operations, including menu planning, food preparation, and staff management. You will also be responsible for maintaining high quality standards and ensuring that all food served meets or exceeds customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement creative and innovative menus to cater to diverse customer preferences
- Manage all aspects of food preparation, including cooking techniques, portion control, and presentation
- Train and supervise kitchen staff to maintain high levels of productivity and efficiency
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the kitchen
- Monitor food costs and budget to maintain profitability
- Maintain inventory levels and order necessary supplies in a timely manner
- Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service delivery
- Constantly strive to improve quality standards and customer satisfaction through feedback and suggestions

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef or Sous Chef in a fine dining establishment
- Culinary degree or equivalent qualification preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train, motivate, and inspire a team
- Excellent understanding of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Knowledge of food cost control techniques and inventory management practices
- Exceptional communication skills to liaise with kitchen staff, management, suppliers, and customers
