IT Support Specialist


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced IT Support Specialist to join our team in Jerusalem. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support and assistance to our clients, both remotely and on-site. This role is suitable for men who have experience in the field and are fluent in English.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in-person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
- Install and configure computer systems and applications
- Conduct regular maintenance and updates on computer systems
- Train clients on how to use new software or equipment
- Keep accurate records of technical support requests and resolutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- At least 2 years of experience in IT support roles
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networks
- Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills

Salary:
This position offers a salary of $1300 per month.

Location:
This position is based in Jerusalem, Israel. However, we are open to candidates of any nationality who are fluent in English.
