IT Support Specialist


Our company is seeking a highly motivated and knowledgeable IT Support Specialist to join our team in Jerusalem. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, and maintaining our systems and networks.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Install and configure computer systems, networks, printers, and other peripherals
- Monitor system performance and maintain security measures
- Keep track of inventory and order necessary equipment when needed
- Train users on new software or hardware as needed
- Collaborate with other IT team members to resolve complex issues
- Maintain accurate records of all support activities

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of computer systems, networks, and peripherals
- Familiarity with various operating systems (Windows, MacOS)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hebrew proficiency is a plus)
- Ability to work flexible hours if needed

Salary: 1600$ per month

This is a full-time position for Indian nationals. No English language proficiency is required. No prior experience is necessary. Accommodation will not be provided but the company will cover the cost of the visa and ticket for international candidates.
