We are seeking a highly qualified and experienced Nurse Supervisor to join our team in Os, Norway. As a Nurse Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the daily operations of our nursing staff. This is a contract position suitable for men with their own visa.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the nursing staff, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations
- Coordinate patient care plans and ensure quality and efficient delivery of services
- Monitor patient's progress and provide support as needed
- Maintain accurate records of patient care and assist with documentation as required
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment for staff and patients

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Registered Nurse with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Current nursing license in Norway (or ability to obtain one)
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Strong leadership skills and ability to make critical decisions under pressure
- Knowledge of current healthcare regulations and best practices
