Restaurant Manager


We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Ajman. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the restaurant's operations, including managing staff, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maintaining profitability. You must have previous experience in a similar role and possess strong leadership skills, as well as excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant
- Hire, train, and schedule staff
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Create and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers
- Track financial data and make adjustments to maintain profitability

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with restaurant management software is a plus
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment

Salary:
1400$ per month
