We are hiring a skilled Welder to join our team in Lom. As a Welder, you will be responsible for creating strong and durable metal structures through the process of welding. You will use various techniques to fuse metal pieces together and ensure that they meet project specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and plans to determine welding requirements
- Set up and operate welding equipment including MIG, TIG, and arc welders
- Clean, prepare, and inspect metal surfaces before welding
- Perform welding operations according to project specifications and safety standards
- Monitor the welding process to avoid overheating or warping of material
- Conduct quality checks on completed projects to ensure structural integrity
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during the welding process

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Welder or in a similar role
- Proficient in various welding techniques including MIG, TIG, and arc welding
- Familiar with reading blueprints, drawings, and plans
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects
- Willingness to work in varying weather conditions if necessary
(e.g. outdoor projects)

Salary: $1800 per month

This job is suitable for men who possess strong physical capabilities and have experience in the field of welding. While prior experience is preferred, we are open to considering candidates without experience who are willing to learn on the job. This position is open for Indians with their own visa.
