We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Surveyor to join our team in Osijek. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and measurements to determine property boundaries, as well as collecting and analyzing data to create maps and reports. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1400$, along with accommodation and visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys of land, buildings, and other structures using specialized equipment
- Analyze data from surveys to create maps, plans, and reports
- Determine property boundaries and prepare legal descriptions of land parcels
- Communicate with clients to understand project requirements
- Prepare cost estimates for survey projects
- Ensure accuracy and precision in all survey measurements
- Stay updated on industry developments and advancements in surveying technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- At least 3 years of experience as a Surveyor
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Knowledge of CAD software for map creation and analysis
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills

Preferred:
- Indian nationality or willingness to relocate to Osijek, Croatia
- Ability to work full-time with accommodation provided by the company
- Previous experience with visa sponsorship process for foreign employees is an advantage
