Job Title: Network and Systems Administrator


We are in need of a skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Las Vegas. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing our company's network infrastructure, servers, and computer systems. Your main goal will be to ensure the smooth operation of our network and systems, while also implementing security measures to protect against potential threats.

Responsibilities:
- Install and configure network hardware and software components.
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
- Maintain network security by implementing firewalls, VPNs, and other security measures.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, email accounts, and passwords.
- Install and maintain server operating systems such as Windows Server or Linux.
- Perform regular backups of data in case of system failures.
- Identify potential areas for improvement in the network infrastructure.
- Conduct regular maintenance on all systems to ensure optimal performance.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Network and Systems Administrator or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of networking concepts such as TCP/IP protocols, LAN/WAN configuration, routing protocols, etc.
- Familiarity with server operating systems (Windows Server/Linux) and virtualization technologies (VMware/Hyper-V).
- Experience with network security tools such as firewalls, VPNs, antivirus software, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
- Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and communicate technical information to non-technical individuals.

Salary:
This position offers a competitive salary of $1400 per month.
