We are seeking a skilled Network and Systems Administrator to join our team in Las Vegas. As a Network and Systems Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting our company's network and computer systems. This includes installing hardware and software, monitoring system performance, and ensuring data security.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Network and Systems Administrator
- Strong knowledge of network protocols, hardware, and software
- Experience with Windows and Linux operating systems
- Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
- Ability to troubleshoot complex network issues
- Excellent communication skills in English

Responsibilities:
- Install, configure, and maintain network equipment including routers, switches, firewalls, and servers
- Monitor network performance and troubleshoot any issues that arise
- Perform regular backups of data to ensure data security
- Manage user accounts and permissions
- Install software updates and patches
- Provide technical support to end users
- Create and maintain documentation of network configurations
