Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning and smoothing them before applying plaster
- Mix plaster ingredients according to specified ratios
- Apply coats of plaster by hand or with machine tools
- Smooth out imperfections using trowels or other tools
- Create decorative textures using various techniques such as stucco or Venetian plaster
- Clean up work area after completing job

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer
- Proficient in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and precision in work
- Knowledge of different types of plasters, finishes, and techniques
- Ability to work independently without supervision
