Project Manager - Izhevsk, India


As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and completion of projects in Izhevsk, India. Your main duties will include developing project plans, allocating resources, managing timelines and budgets, and ensuring that project objectives are met. You will also be responsible for coordinating with team members and stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration throughout the project.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in project management or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate team members
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Proficiency in English (knowledge of Russian is a plus)
- Willingness to relocate to Izhevsk, India (accommodation provided)

Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, budgets, and resource allocation
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed to ensure timely delivery of objectives
- Communicate with team members and stakeholders regularly to provide updates on project status
- Identify potential risks or issues that may impact the project and develop contingency plans
- Manage project budget by tracking expenses and ensuring cost-effectiveness
- Lead team meetings and provide guidance to ensure team members stay on track with tasks and deadlines
- Oversee quality control processes to ensure that deliverables meet established standards
- Develop strong relationships with stakeholders to facilitate effective communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month for this position.
