We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team in Izhevsk. This is an urgent position and we are specifically looking for Indian applicants, although all nationalities are welcome to apply.

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the planning and execution of projects from start to finish. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop detailed project plans, including timelines, milestones, resources, and budget
- Communicate project progress and updates to stakeholders
- Identify potential risks and develop contingency plans
- Manage project budgets and ensure financial targets are met
- Lead project team meetings and provide direction to team members
- Conduct regular project status meetings with clients
- Monitor project performance and make necessary adjustments to meet goals
- Ensure projects adhere to company policies, procedures, and quality standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in project management
- Strong understanding of project management principles, methods, and techniques
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficient in using project management software/tools
- Indian nationality preferred but not required

Salary: 1500$ per month
