Job Title: Plastering Technician


We are seeking a skilled Plastering Technician to join our team in Oslo. As a Plastering Technician, you will be responsible for applying and finishing plaster on various surfaces, including walls, ceilings, and partitions. Your duties will include preparing surfaces, mixing and applying plaster, and ensuring a smooth finish. You will work with different types of plaster, such as gypsum and cement-based plaster, and use various tools and techniques to achieve the desired results.

To excel in this role, you should have previous experience as a Plasterer or in a similar role. You must have a keen eye for detail and be able to work efficiently under pressure. A strong understanding of different types of plaster and their application methods is essential. You must also possess excellent communication skills to collaborate with other team members and clients.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for plastering by cleaning, sanding, or applying base coats
- Mix plaster according to specifications and apply it evenly on surfaces
- Use hand tools or mechanical equipment to spread and smooth plaster
- Create decorative patterns or textures on plastered surfaces
- Ensure a smooth finish by removing excess material or smoothing out imperfections
- Repair any cracks or damages on existing plastered surfaces
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain cleanliness at the worksite
- Communicate with team members and clients to ensure project requirements are met

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer or similar role
- In-depth knowledge of different types of plaster and their application methods
- Ability to read blueprints or technical drawings is preferred but not required
- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy materials when necessary
- Attention to detail with the ability to spot imperfections in finished products
- Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and clients
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while adhering to project deadlines
- Own visa for all nationalities
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in plastering is a plus

Salary: $900 per month (negotiable based on experience and skills)

Location: Oslo, Norway (open to all nationalities)
