Project Manager - Construction (Las Vegas, USA)


We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Project Manager to join our team in Las Vegas. Our company specializes in construction projects across the city, and we are looking for a talented individual to oversee our upcoming projects. This role will be responsible for managing all aspects of construction projects, from start to finish.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate project timelines, resources, and budget
- Communicate with clients and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
- Oversee subcontractors and construction teams on site
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise
- Ensure all safety procedures are followed on site
- Keep detailed records of project progress, expenses, and changes
- Prepare regular reports for senior management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety protocols
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Salary:
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary of $1200 per week.

Location:
Our company is based in Las Vegas, but this role may require occasional travel to project sites throughout the city.
