Part-Time Architecture Manager

Salary: $1600 per month (based on experience)


We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Architecture Manager for a part-time position in our company located in the US. As the Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of architectural projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee all architectural projects from conception to completion
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure project requirements are met
- Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Review and approve project designs and drawings
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and ensure compliance with design standards
- Provide guidance and support to junior architects
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in technology

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architectural project management
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit or other design software
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask
- Must have own visa/work permit
- Available to work part-time hours
