Art Director



We are looking for a creative and experienced Art Director to join our team in Medina. As an Art Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the visual aspects of our projects, from concept development to final execution. Your role will involve collaborating with other team members to bring ideas to life and ensure that the creative vision is aligned with our brand and client's objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the development of visual concepts and designs for various projects, including but not limited to print, digital, and video.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand client's objectives and develop creative solutions that meet their needs.
- Manage and mentor a team of designers, providing guidance and feedback on their work.
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve our visual output.
- Ensure consistency and quality in all design deliverables.
- Present design concepts to clients or stakeholders, incorporating feedback as needed.
- Work closely with production teams to ensure seamless execution of designs.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Art Director or in a similar role.
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work across different mediums.
- Excellent knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite.
- Ability to lead a team and provide constructive feedback.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present ideas effectively.
- Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in an agency setting is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with web design principles is a plus.
