Personal Trainer



We are seeking a motivated and experienced Personal Trainer to join our team in Bayan. As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing personalized fitness programs for clients, helping them achieve their fitness goals. You will also provide guidance on proper nutrition and lifestyle choices to support overall health and wellness.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial fitness assessments and create customized workout plans for clients based on their goals, abilities, and preferences
- Lead individual or group training sessions, providing instruction and motivation to ensure proper form and technique
- Monitor client progress, making adjustments to workout plans as needed to ensure continued progress towards goals
- Educate clients on the importance of proper nutrition and healthy lifestyle choices to support their fitness journey
- Maintain a clean and organized workout space, ensuring all equipment is properly used and stored after each training session
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and techniques through continuing education opportunities

Requirements:
- Certification as a Personal Trainer from a recognized institution
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Personal Trainer
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to motivate and inspire clients of all ages and fitness levels
- Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and exercise science
- Strong customer service skills

Salary:
1600$ per month
