Restaurant Manager - Hawalli, Kuwait



We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Hawalli, Kuwait. The ideal candidate will have a passion for the restaurant industry and a proven track record of success in managing a busy restaurant. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of daily operations, including managing staff, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining high standards of quality and service.

Responsibilities:
- Manage all areas of the restaurant, including front-of-house and back-of-house operations
- Hire, train, and supervise staff members to ensure excellent customer service
- Create schedules for staff to ensure adequate coverage during peak hours
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain cleanliness and organization throughout the restaurant
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items and specials
- Implement cost-saving measures without sacrificing quality or service
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Restaurant Manager in a similar establishment
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train staff
- Excellent customer service skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to speak English fluently
- Canadian nationality preferred

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1100 per month.
