Restaurant Manager - Hawalli, Kuwait

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Hawalli, Kuwait. As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of restaurant operations, including managing staff, ensuring high quality service and food standards, and maintaining a positive dining experience for our guests. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1300$, which includes accommodation and visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and customer service
- Hire and train new employees to maintain exceptional service standards
- Create and implement strategies to increase sales and profitability
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations
- Maintain high quality food standards by regularly monitoring food quality and presentation
- Resolve customer complaints in a timely manner
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new menu items
- Monitor inventory levels and place orders as needed

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
