Concierge Assistant

We are seeking a skilled Concierge Assistant to join our team at a luxury hotel in Las Vegas. As a Concierge Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to guests, assisting with reservations and bookings, and ensuring that all guest needs are met during their stay. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1600 per month.

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide recommendations and assist with reservations for restaurants, shows, and other activities

- Coordinate with other departments to ensure guest requests are fulfilled efficiently
- Assist with luggage handling and other concierge duties as needed

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in hospitality or related field preferred
- Exceptional communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must have excellent time management skills and attention to detail
