We are a healthcare facility located in Al Ahmadi seeking a qualified Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate must be fluent in English and have experience working with Indian and Malayalee patients. This position is open to female applicants only. The Nurse will be responsible for providing quality care to patients, administering medication, monitoring patient progress, and working collaboratively with other healthcare professionals. The salary for this position is $1000 per month without accommodation. As a Nurse, your responsibilities will include:

- Providing direct patient care and administering medication as prescribed by the physician
- Monitoring patient progress and reporting any changes or concerns to the physician
- Assisting with diagnostic tests and procedures as needed
- Educating patients and their families on health conditions, treatment plans, and self-care techniques
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to create comprehensive care plans for patients
- Maintaining accurate medical records and documentation
- Adhering to all safety protocols and infection control measures
- Participating in continuous education programs to stay updated on current nursing practices

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Nurse
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Malayalam would be an advantage
- Ability to work with Indian and Malayalee patients and respect their cultural beliefs and practices
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals
- Excellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Current nursing license/certification in Kuwait (or eligible for licensure)
- Compassionate attitude towards patient care
