Database Administrator

We are currently seeking a skilled Database Administrator to join our team in Kaunas. As a Database Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring the security, integrity, and performance of our databases. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting any issues that may arise and implementing solutions to optimize database usage.

Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain databases
- Monitor database performance and ensure efficient operation
- Troubleshoot and resolve database issues in a timely manner
- Optimize database structures for maximum performance
- Ensure data security through regular backups and data encryption
- Collaborate with developers to improve application functionality and performance
- Perform database upgrades and migrations as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Database Administrator
- Proficient in SQL and other database languages
- Strong understanding of database design principles
- Familiarity with data backup, recovery, and security protocols
- Experience with performance tuning and optimization
- Excellent problem-solving skills

This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month. Pakistani candidates are preferred but foreigners are also welcome to apply. English language skills are not required for this position. Part-time work options are not available. Prior experience as a Database Administrator is required.
