Merchandiser - Abu Dhabi, UAE


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Merchandiser to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As a Merchandiser, you will be responsible for selecting and purchasing products for our retail stores, ensuring that they are in line with our brand image and meet customer demand.

Responsibilities:
- Select the right products to be displayed in our retail stores based on market trends, customer demand, and brand image
- Negotiate with suppliers to get the best deals and maintain good relationships
- Monitor inventory levels and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal stock levels
- Plan and execute product displays in accordance with company guidelines
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies for products
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitors' offerings

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
- At least 3 years of experience as a Merchandiser, preferably in the retail industry
- Knowledge of market trends and consumer behavior
- Excellent negotiation skills and ability to build strong relationships with suppliers
- Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and make informed decisions
- Experience with inventory management software is a plus
- Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1600 per month, along with accommodation provided by the company. As this is an English-speaking job, we welcome applicants from all nationalities who are fluent in English.
