Merchandiser - Abu Dhabi, UAE

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Merchandiser to join our retail team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and implementing effective merchandising strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness. The ideal candidate will have a passion for retail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to analyze market trends.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create appealing visual displays and product arrangements to attract customers
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure stock is replenished in a timely manner
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors' activities
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop promotional campaigns and events
- Train and educate store staff on product knowledge and merchandising techniques
- Analyze sales reports to identify opportunities for improvement and make necessary adjustments

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Fashion Merchandising or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Merchandiser or in a similar role within the retail industry
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of Arabic is a plus)
- Strong understanding of consumer behavior, market trends, and visual merchandising techniques
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail with strong organizational skills
