Executive Chef for a Luxury Resort in Nizwa


We are seeking a talented Executive Chef to lead our culinary team at a luxury resort in Nizwa. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for creating and executing the menu, managing the kitchen staff, and ensuring exceptional dining experiences for our guests.

Responsibilities:
- Create and develop menus that showcase local ingredients and flavors
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, including food preparation, cooking, and plating
- Train and manage kitchen staff to ensure high-quality standards are met
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure all food safety and sanitation guidelines are followed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service for events and special occasions
- Manage budget and control costs without compromising quality
- Continuously seek new ways to improve menu offerings and overall guest satisfaction

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef in a high-end hotel or resort
- Extensive knowledge of local cuisine and ingredients
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- Excellent time management skills
- Strong communication skills in English (Malayalees preferred)
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings when needed

Salary: $1100 per month

Location: Nizwa (accommodation not provided)
