Concierge in Kaunas for Nepali Nationals


We are seeking a friendly and customer-oriented Concierge to join our team at a luxury hotel in Kaunas. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their stay is comfortable and enjoyable.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist them with check-in process
- Provide information about the hotel's facilities, services, and local attractions
- Make reservations for guests at restaurants, shows, and other activities
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner
- Maintain knowledge of local events, restaurants, and attractions to make recommendations to guests
- Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guest requests
- Ensure lobby area is clean and presentable at all times
- Assist with luggage handling when necessary

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a customer service role preferred
- Fluent in Nepali (English language skills are not required)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly demeanor with a strong focus on customer satisfaction
- Knowledge of local area attractions and events preferred
- Must be able to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1000 per month. Additional benefits include free visa sponsorship and airfare.

This position is based in Kaunas, the second largest city in Lithuania known for its beautiful architecture, vibrant culture, and rich history. With its central location in Europe, Kaunas offers easy access to travel throughout the continent.

Nationality Preference:
Preference will be given to candidates who are Nepali nationals.
